Terms & Conditions of “SOL UNI BCH GIVEAWAY”

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to Tokenize Technology Sdn Bhd (“Tokenize Malaysia”) “SOL UNI BCH GIVEAWAY” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”). This Campaign shall be held from 3rd October 2022 – 23rd October 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Period”).

Eligibility:

  1. This Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia who have a Verified Account with Tokenize Malaysia (https://tokenizemalaysia.com)
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
  • The Campaign terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to all existing Tokenize Malaysia users with a Verified Account during the Campaign Period.
  • Eligible Participants who terminate their existing Tokenize Malaysia account during the Campaign Period shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanism:

  1. Contest Period: 3rd October (12.01AM) – 23rd October (11.59PM)
  2. Eligible Participants who have performed at least 1 successful trade of SOL, UNI, or BCH worth RM200 shall automatically qualify for 1 lucky draw entry to win RM1,000 of SOL, UNI, or BCH.
  3. There is no limit to the number of lucky draw entries per user (i.e., if a user trades a cumulative of RM1000, 5x lucky draw entries will be generated).
  4. 3x Winners will be selected through a Lucky Draw at the end of the contest period to each receive a Prize of RM1,000 worth of either BCH, UNI, or SOL (to be determined by the organiser via the lucky draw).
  5. A prize redemption email will be sent to all winners on the same day as the winner announcement. Winners will have to acknowledge the email within 2 weeks of it being sent. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prizes and no further redemption will be allowed.
  6. Lucky Draw entries and Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of currency or value.
  7. Prizes will be deposited into the winners’ own registered Tokenize Malaysia account.

General:

  1. This Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
  2. Tokenize Malaysia reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, adjust, or amend Contest Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. Tokenize Malaysia shall not be held liable and/or responsible for any loss, damage, or any other form of liability (including indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profits, and loss of opportunity) in whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by any Eligible Participants directly or indirectly from the Campaign.
  4. Tokenize Malaysia shall not be held liable for any losses or liabilities arising from any force majeure event which includes but is not limited to an act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, store, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Tokenize Malaysia.
  5. By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Tokenize Malaysia’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.
  6. By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed to also have agreed to be bound by Tokenize Malaysia Terms of Use which can be found at: (https://tokenizemalaysia.com/terms)
  7. For individuals who register for an account with Tokenize Malaysia and use our services (collectively, “Users”, “you”, “your”), pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). We may ‘process’ your personal data by collecting, recording, holding, storing, using and/or disclosing it.
