What is Bitcoin Pizza Day?
Bitcoin Pizza Day marks a pivotal moment in cryptocurrency history. On May 22, 2010, a programmer named Laszlo Hanyecz made the first-ever purchase using Bitcoin—two pizzas for 10,000 BTC. At the time, this was seen as a groundbreaking transaction, demonstrating Bitcoin’s potential as a currency. Today, that amount of Bitcoin is worth millions of dollars, and the event is celebrated annually as a reminder of the early days of cryptocurrency and its incredible journey since then.
CryptoBilis Pizza Day 2024: A Gathering of Enthusiasts

The event featured 12 exhibitors showcasing leading Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto brands, making it a vibrant hub for networking and forging new partnerships. Attendees enjoyed exciting games, free pizza, and complimentary drinks, adding to the lively atmosphere.

We hosted a booth where we showcased Tokenize Malaysia’s offerings and promoted the collaborative “The Ultimate Bitcoin Starter Pack” developed in partnership with CryptoBilis.
