Terms and Conditions
This contest is organised by Kinetic Dax Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Tokenize
Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. and is open to the top traders of KDX.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. Campaign is exclusive for top traders of KDX.
1.2. Not applicable to customers currently enrolled in KDX Malaysiaʼs rebate
program.
2. Contest Period:
– 1st August 2025 12:00 AM – 31st August 2025 11:59PM (31 days)
3. Prize Winners:
3.1. 20 winners will be selected based on their individual trading volume during the
contest period.
3.2. Winners will be announced on 5th September 2025 via email and WhatsApp.
3.3. A prize redemption email will be sent to all winners on the same day as the
announcement.
3.4. Winners must acknowledge the email within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will
result in forfeiture of prizes, with no further redemption allowed.
4. Prize Conditions:
4.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
forms of currency or value.
4.2. Prizes or Digital Assets will be given into winners’ KDX accounts.
5. Reservation of Rights:
KDX reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, adjust, or amend these Terms &
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
