Terms & Conditions of “TOKENIZE CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY”

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to Tokenize Technology Sdn Bhd (“Tokenize Malaysia”) “Tokenize Christmas Giveaway”. This Campaign shall be held from 8th December 2022 (12.01 AM) – 29th December 2022 (11.59 PM).

1. This promotion is only open to those above 18 years of age currently residing in Malaysia and a member of the ‘Tokenize Malaysia Community’ Facebook Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TokenizeMalaysia.
   
2. To participate, eligible members are simply required to comment “XRP” in this promotion post. 3x members will be selected at random via a lucky draw to win RM100 worth of XRP each.
   
3. Winners will be announced by 10th January 2023 on the ‘Tokenize Malaysia Community’ Facebook Group and are required to get in contact with one of the group’s Admin to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. An Admin can easily be identified within the group by their ‘Admin’ user label in the members list.
   
4. Once winners have acknowledged, the following details will be obtained: Name, Email used to register Tokenize Malaysia account, and Phone Number.
   
5. Winners will be required to have a Verified Tokenize Malaysia account in their registered name to be able to receive the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency or value.
   
6. The amount (units) of XRP according to the value of the prize (RM100) will be taken as per the market price on Tokenize Malaysia’s exchange at the time of the winner announcement post and will be at the discretion of Tokenize Malaysia.
   
7. This promotion is not administered by, sponsored, affiliated or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
